This casual comfortable look has recently been one of my favourite. It is perfect for those days when you still want to look good but not feeling like making too much of an effort. I usually wear this combination of ripped boyfriend jeans with simple jumper mainly to work or when I meet my friends for a casual lunch or dinner. This outfit also looks great with leather biker jacket, but the weather has been quite chilly, therefore I decided to wear my long blue statement coat instead.
I completed this outfit with fedora hat to give it a little more style 🙂 and it keeps my head warm.
For even more casual look I wear these two basics (simple jumper + ripped jeans) with leather jacket and big chunky scarf and beanie hat. Depending on the day and occasion I like to wear my large Zara city bag or just a simple small cross-over bag.
I hope you are having a lovely week. xx
Over the last two weeks I picked up few things from the stores. The shops have been very busy before the Christmas, therefore I try to avoid them. Considering that I still peaked into some stores and picked up very cosy jumper I was looking for. I was lucky enough as it was Black Friday so I got a 30% discount :). We all love a bit of a discount, don’t we?! My turtle neck jumper is from Zara; I absolutely love it as it is perfect for those cold casual days. This jumper is very long so you can wear it just with tights, but i prefer to pair it with my cream biker jeans, which are also from Zara (I got these last summer). The jumper is dark blue colour; almost looking black.
After a long time I visited the Pull & Bear shop and tried on a neoprene pale pink skater skirt as I don’t have any in this colour. I thought it will look nice with some nice top tucked in; or just a casual t-shirt or cropped jumper. I love pairing this skirt with casual white jumper or plain ‘tee’. This white ribbed jumper is from Primark and it is actually very nice material and quality.
I was hunting for black boots for a while, but I wanted something different and then I found these awesome leather boots, again in Pull & Bear. These are real leather boots and even they may seem quite simple, I find them as a great statement piece. I love these boots as they transform my outfit and add a bit of biker look.
Recently I have been loving the biker look, however I also enjoy throwing on a nice skirt and top to give a more girly feeling.
I hope you all have a great week!
Today I would like to share with you my current everyday make-up products I currently use.
On day to day basis I don’t like to wear lot of make up and I like to keep it very simple. As a first thing after cleansing my face I use my radiance boosting Elizabeth Arden moisturizer which also has SPF 15. It is important for me to have SPF in the moisturizer not only during the summer time. At the moment I enjoy the glowy look so after my moisturizer I apply the Revlon Photoready Skinlights face illuminator which I love. It gives you nice subtle glow that still looks nice even during the autumn and winter time. On day to day basis I usually wear BB cream; my current favourite is L’Oreal Nude Magique BB cream (medium shade). This is a great ‘dupe’ for the Estee Lauder Tint Release moisturizer (£38) which I absolutely love, however this L’Oreal BB cream is under £10. When I feel like I need little bit more coverage but still keep the natural look I use the YSL Touche Eclat make-up foundation which give you nice dewy finish.
It is a vacation time. In Czech Republic it has been very foggy the whole day, however surprisingly warm. But don’t be fooled, towards the end of the day the temperature dropped very quickly and it was about time to wrap those woolly scarfs around.
I spend whole day outside, walking around the city I haven’t visited for a while. My today’s outfit was casual and comfortable, however i wanted to brighten this dull and foggy day with some colour. I wore black leather look trousers form Zara, my favourite spiked chelsea shoes from River Island, to give it hint of colour but still to remain autumnal I chose my current favourite scalloped top from Topshop. To top everything up I rocked electric blue winter coat and kept it very simple with navy blue scarf and fedora hat. This year I completely fell in love with fedora hats and I am planning to purchase more. Continue reading
When the cold autumn & winter months arrive we all crave for some heat and summer feeling. In October I decided to go away to enjoy more of sunshine before I fully commit to winter and chunky scarfs.
Lanzarote was very quiet at this time of the year which was perfect for some relaxation times. We were very fortunate with weather as well and managed to do several activities. Amongst my favourite must be my first diving experience and a day trip around the island on scooters. I absolutely loved diving and looking forward to experiencing more in the future. The underwater life seemed to be so peaceful and in slow motion.
On our scooter trip we visited beautiful Timanfaya National Park where we rode camels and Playa Papagayo; the water was crystal clear and the area offers stunning views.
During this trip I enjoyed lot of fresh seafood and fish, however the whole island was overcrowded with Irish and English pubs serving Sunday roast and english breakfast…how disappointing. Despite this let down, we managed to find some great local restaurants focusing on local cuisine.
You can see some stunning pictures I took on this holiday.
